Pushing Limits Together

In Linz, the running community thrives with energy, camaraderie, and a love for challenges. Yet, there's one thing runners universally agree on: interval training is the toughest part of any routine—no matter your experience level.

Out of this shared struggle, the Interval Power Runners were born in the fall of 2024. What began as a gathering of like-minded runners has grown into a club built on motivation, support, and collective perseverance. The mantra is simple: "We hate intervals, but we train them anyway. And no one should suffer alone."

The club’s branding captures the essence of this philosophy. The logo features two arrows pointing forward, symbolizing movement and progress, even through the toughest moments. Black dominates as the main color, reflecting the intimidating nature of interval training, while vibrant orange represents fire, energy, and activity.

Social media designs emphasize cool, eye-catching visuals to attract new members while maintaining a serious tone about the training. It’s a balance of grit and style, showing that while interval training is hard, it’s also rewarding—and better done together.

With plans for group training, events, and community meetups, Interval Power Runners is all about finding strength in numbers and turning the toughest workouts into shared triumphs.
